Can you give us some recipes for the electric pressure cooker and which cook book do you reccomend. I have one myself and its mainly used for decoration lol

Well, after reading your last post about the electric pressure cooker, I ordered one! I used it to make a black bean soup in seven (7) minutes! And it was good. The instruction booklet was pretty awful but I went online and watched some helpful videos. I think I'm going to find it very useful. Next up is rice, but I'll definitely be making lots of bean soups this winter.

I learned much this year from following your journey! I love your organizational items the best! I enjoy you demonstrating how they look and the uses they can have. Very inspiring!!! The fun items are...well...FUN! And as you may or may not remember, I don't cook at my house, so I no longer get excited about cookware!!! LOL Great roundup for 2017! Yay!
