i made this recipe this morning. i made three regular loafs and 4 mini loafs and i have to say i am 80 years old and have made lots of bread but this is the best .the best is so soft and so good . it made great toast will be usingn this form now on and i love that it makes a lot fo dough.

Does this bread have to bake in the oven or can it just be eaten after the second rising? thanks

In reply to St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun Brunch | Tips From Town. This sounds wonderful but I must have missed something. Does the bread need to go into the oven to bake at 350 degrees for some time or does it just rise again and then you can eat it without oven baking? Thanks so much!
