I am here to tell you how many projects failed this time around—for a variety of reasons! This Reversible Bucket Bag was created out of the ashes of those failures, though, and it turns out that I love it! I made it reversible because I am a little addicted to the idea of reversible things even if it is never reversed!

Being sewing challenged, I found this very easy to understand. I may get brave enough to try it.
Thanks for the tutorial!

I love repurposing clothing. I made a dress out of a dress shirt I bought for my husband from Goodwill. It was too big for him (shame on me for not knowing his size) but I loved the white and blue pin-stripes that I just couldn't get rid of it. I ended up cutting off the sleeves to make a ruffle at the bottom, taking in the waist, and capping the sleeves. Fabulous!
