I'm watching my 27-year-old son fly across the country on Fightaware. Sad to say goodbye, but now I can get caught up on blogs. I've been dying to read about the mouse house. He would have loved this when he was little. It is adorable, every detail. I'm so impressed by your creativity and DIY skills. My son and I enjoyed a series of books by Graham Oakley when he was little. If you haven't seen them, they're about a cat who lives in a church and makes friends with the church mice. Your son might enjoy these books, if you can find them. I hope you let Mousey guest blog occasionally about his house, and adventures.

Do you know that there are 4 books in the Indian in the Cupboard series? They are available read by the author. My kids loved them and we listened to them more than once.
